The amount of work that goes into an inspection of a new studio apartment is, of course, quite different from an inspection of a rambling Victorian farmhouse. Therefore, our pricing is calculated on a case by case basis depending on the size, age, and location of the property. 

You probably aren't looking for the cheapest house on the market.  Neither should you hunt for the cheapest inspector.  As with carpenters, automobiles and groceries, "cheapest" isn't always the best value.  In light of this,  a thorough home inspection performed by a licensed, certified inspector is a wise investment.
